Blue Tax is currently seeking organized and articulate candidates for an Account Manager position. The ideal applicant must be highly detailed, organized, have excellent client communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a flexibility to work individually or on teams.

Paralegal/Legal Assistant
Blue Tax is currently seeking licensed, organized and detail-oriented applicants for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant position whose duties include assisting attorneys, handling and preparing confidential legal documents, preparing written reports, researching laws, articles and past judicial decisions, analyzing and organizing research and information, and fact checking. 4 year degree or 2 plus years of paralegal experience are required, along with a willingness to take on responsibility.

CPA
Blue Tax is currently seeking applicants for a licensed CPA position. The ideal candidate would be capable of and experienced at preparing all tax return forms, from personal and corporate income, payroll, and estate tax returns. He or she should exhibit extensive familiarity of all facets of tax preparation, while displaying knowledge of and adherence to current IRS guidelines. He or she should also have experience communicating and negotiating with the IRS. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related field is required.

Enrolled Agents
Blue Tax is currently seeking strong applicants for a licensed Enrolled Agent position whose duties include representing taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals. NAEA membership preferred.
